At the Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts we are very pleased to have employed GW Butlers as our principle waste management contractor since 2004. During this time the service provided by them has been first class and very professional. In fact we have recently extended our contract with them.
Comparing the current service provided by GW Butlers and that of two previous waste contractors, GW Butlers win in every aspect of the contract. This includes prompt and safe collections of our clinical waste and delivery of empty containers, accurate documentation that complies with all legal requirements, advice and support in complying with changing legislation, including recent changes to HTM 07-01 and importantly we feel they are competitive priced.
As this Trust’s principle waste management contractor GW Butlers have sourced and managed waste disposal contractors for our other waste types which includes domestic, bulk and recyclables. Where problems have occurred with the sub-contracted companies GW Butlers have taken up the issues and resolved them to the benefit of the Trust.
Being very much a family based company the service provided is always first class and responsive to our needs. I hope our relationship with GW Butlers continues for many more years.
