"GW Butler: Providing a prompt and reliable service."
Service

It is paramount that you are confident in your choice of Waste Management Company so that a suitable working partnership can be established and maintained. This can be a difficult task when it involves a large complex organisation producing multiple waste streams requiring various routes of disposal.

With this in mind GW Butler has 6 General Principles at the heart of our commitment to our customers:

•    Communication
•    Understanding
•    Flexibility
•    Experience
•    Knowledge
•    Reliability

GW Butler believe it is essential that there are good lines of communication between the Waste Management Company and the customer/waste producer so that a service can be tailored to meet the specific needs of their site. This will ensure that there is a useable, efficient, effective and environmentally compliant service in place that is understood by all staff from the domestics to the porters to the on site waste managers. At GW Butler we are aware that all sites are different and flexibility is paramount to ensure suitable solutions are provided to a variety of customers from Mobile chiropodists to NHS Teaching Trusts.

GW Butlers dedicated and professional approach enables us to work closely with all our customers to provide maximum support. As an active member of various clinical waste working groups we can ensure that we provide our customers with information and advice on current and forthcoming legislation.

GW Butler Ltd operates an open door policy so ‘Duty of Care’ visits are encouraged.

A range of equipment including bags, boxes and wheeled bins are used for the safe containment and transport of clinical waste using our fleet of vehicles. Our dedicated fleet range from double-deck articulated Lorries to box vans so we are able to cater for the needs of various sites. All our professional uniformed drivers are ADR trained.
