GW Butler are a healthcare Waste Management company based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK.

Established in 1933 specializing in the collection and recycling of scrap metal. Over the past 70 years 4 generations of the Butler family have steered the company through various developments culminating in the specialist waste treatment facility at Bow Beck in Bradford.

In the early 90s GW Butler installed an incinerator for disposal of wood waste and other municipal waste, this project evolved into a clinical waste disposal facility at the time when the NHS were losing their crown immunity. GW Butler continued to strive for best available technology and towards the end of the 90`s a decision was made to purchase an alternative technology plant to replace the clinical waste incinerator.

GW Butler has been built on a solid foundation of high quality customer service, commitment, flexibility with the emphasis on waste management not waste disposal. GW Butler is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction which is achieved through regular contact to ensure the service is tailored to meet the needs of each individual site. These needs change constantly, and a responsive and reliable service has to be maintained at all times.
